routine preventive maint In and out as advertised, did not try to sell me extra stuff I did not need. Quick explanation of services completed and health of auto.
World Class quality and family level relationship The #1 reason to have an american truck is the level of costumer service that my dealer gives me. They make me feel like family and go the extra 10 miles to assist and make me feel like a National President. It is the absolute reason why I own a Ford 350 and not the competition. Service Could maybe make plans to expand waiting area in quick lube, and perhaps add the complimentary soda machine like at crossroads ford.
