2003 F-150 Harley-Davidson Serviced It's a shame that other car dealerships service departments are not like yours. Since I PCSed to Ft Bragg in March 2011 if I have an issue with my truck I call or come in and talk to Michelle and she ALWAYS make sure I am taken care of. For any major or services that I am not comfortable with, LaFayette Ford is the ONLY place I trust taking my truck to.
Inspection and oil change Every thing I asked for was done quickly. My car was ready eactly when the service manager said it would be ready.

As always great service! Went in for my annual inspection. Very efficient and friendly service as always!!
Quick walk-in service. Very impressed. Brought my new Mustang in for an oil change and state inspection in the Quick Lane and all was completed within an hour. To include a tire rotation. I couldn't have asked for better service and the coffee was great too.

Good salesman no sure about my purchase I purchased a certified pre-owned 2011 ford edge. The salesman was very nice ans helpful. I have had the vehicle for just a little over a week and I am having to take it back for repairs check engine light, when I make a turn the axle or wheel makes a popping noise, the clock stops working and when I close the door I have to open and close it about 4 times for the door ajar sensor to turn off. Great customer service at the quick lane!! I love the staff at Quick lane. So helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoy the fact that they always have snacks and coffee! Great atmosphere even if I have to wait. I had to plug in my Laptop for school work and Th the lady there (I don't know her name but the only one there was so helpful. Please please think of changing the waiting room chairs. They are really not comfortable.
