Satisfied Took a little longer than I expected, but was satisfied with the service done!
Great service Purchased a 2015 Explorer 4 months ago, brought it in for its service check, because I've only got 780 miles on it so far it was recommended to wait for another 2 months to change oil and so forth. I did purchase some accessories for the vehicle and they went ahead and had them istalled while i waited, Loretta as always gives great customer service and is very knowledgeble in her job.

Lafayette Ford Initially some confusion with the used car sales agent & maintenance department on what needed fixing. End game all necessary repairs were accomplished and the vehicle is running great. Your Quicklane maintenance department, espcially the manager is great. THanks
Surprisngly fast service and customer appreciation I was having a extremly difficult time trying to purchase a vehicle when my vehicle brokedown, lil bucks to spare, a half & half fair credit situation which made things just that much more difficult.
