Lafayette Ford Lincoln I went in and spoke with Mr. Butch which I spoke with him weeks before. I got in around 7:15pm and I was finish with all the paperwork by 9:00pm. Butch was great on getting me in an out especially the finance person Mr. Baird. He was great and very positive. I will come back and purchase a vehicle with these two individuals.
Car buying as it should be I recently purchased a used Jeep Wrangler/ Sales rep was EXTREMELY helpful, patient, and forthcoming with information. All my questions were answered in a very timely manner. They did what they said they would do everytime we communicated and the deal came out almost exactly as I had it figured in my head. Finance was very helpful and understanding since I had to sell my prior vehicle before I could completely finish the deal and I had 2 buyers back out on me. GREAT shopping experience.
