Quick Lane I took my car in that I purchased to get nitrogen put in my tires and that's it. It took the maintenance personnel and hour or so to complete the mission. There were several maintenance personnel standing around not doing anything. All the customer service representative to inform me that it would take longer and I would have taken the shuttle to my office.

Happy Customer After the 6th attempt to fix my vehicle with the part that was required for me to drive my Lincoln MKS, I am to say the least glad to have my vehicle back. I must add this was not the service departments fault, due the fact that Ford/Lincoln kept sending the wrong part. I was at no time without a vehicle while mine was in the shop. State Inspection I brought my car in for "The Works" and state inspection. I was informed that it failed due to communication failure. I stated there are no problems with my car and could it be a problem with the inspection machine. I was told no and that I needed a diagnostics to find the problem. I want to the service department, told them the situation and thankfully, the made time to reinspect my car. The car passed. This caused me an extra 40 minutes of my time.
