great customer service Service was done very quickly and staff was excellent.
Great service but too slow and with an attitude. I have a 2014 F-350 with the 6.7L diesel. I stopped by the Fast Lane to have my coolant additive checked. In the past, when I have stopped by for this test, the test was performed within 10 minutes. I waited over 45 mins for my truck to be seen and then another 15 mins for my truck to be ready to leave. Great Experience, never pushy I drove into the dealership just to see what kind of deals they had on a F150. Met with Scott Flavel and he showed me around. Very friendly, but never pushy. I was in a hurry, so he got me a printed quote that included tax, title, and all fees, and on my way fast.
