The service is 5/5 here. They go above and beyond to ensure you’re happy and will got out of their way for the guest experience. The rooms are clean and the overall look and aesthetic is gorgeous. Location is fabulous. Will be suggesting to all my friends and family and will staying there for my next trip! Thank you!
Rooms are a bit small like any large city hotel, but was clean and good service. They were helpful at the desk. At night they have a little self serve (and pay) bar and beverages. There’s a pool and sauna in the lower level. Great location near Opera to walk anywhere in the city. Also a metro stop right at end of block. Would stay again.
