Don't come here. They have no problem denying care that "goes against the hospital's religious policies" when it has nothing to do with it.

I am completely disgusted with this hospital the name change literally does you guys know justice!!!! I already had a Deal with unprofessionalism when my dad was just in the hospital about two months ago and I’ve already called and reported that!!!! 0-10 recommend. Waiting in an ER for 4hrs to be seen is beyond measure of acceptable. Not to mention the length of time spent waiting for care after getting taken to the room, making the visit length 8-9hrs and then being told well we can’t say exactly what’s wrong but you don’t have this, so options are to stay and be admitted to the ER because we have no rooms and be monitored or go home and come back if your not better. Great advice and options… continued disappointment even now as OSF

While it is small, it was the only OSF hospital in the state where we were able to find an available bed for my very ill father. The staff was phenomenal: friendly, patient, and caring. They were able to stabilize my father, determine the extent of his illness, determine where he needed to be for a specific heart procedure, and arrange helicopter transport which saved his life. We can't thank them enough for their kindness and care.
