KSB was bought out by OSF last year, it's been a huge mess since then! My doctor left, their provider websites lists doctors that are no longer there and when you call the doctor referral number to find a new doctor no one calls back! In addition, when I did get to talk to someone, to try to get an appointment with a doctor listed on their website they just abruptly said "we don't have a doctor by that name" and hung up! A huge F minus for this healthcare company.

The behavioral health unit and the ER hurt my feelings. I was admitted to the ER on February 13th for depression. I was initially told I was not allowed in the behavioral health unit because they said I had grown dependent on the staff there, which I consider discrimination. I have never been so upset with them. They also went behind my back and started a petition, and their connections in the city make me very scared and nervous. Had a great experience with Dr Mark Monahan in the ER. He listened to our concerns, gave us some helpful tips on how to prevent this reoccurring injury & sent us on our way. Thanks Doc!

Absolutely amazing experience. Went to the ER with crippling chest and back pain. I thought I was dying. It was like my own family were all skilled ER staff and took care of me beyond anything I have ever experienced. From nurses to registrar to doctor to techs… literally it was kindness and love and total knowledge and professionalism. Can’t rate this hospital highly enough.
