I think u may have a lost a good customer ! I ordered meat trays for my family for Christmas and the order somehow got lost !! The mangement was like were short handed --- who isnt right now ! We will look into the matter . Have not heard a word ! Its been almost a week and I had to rearrange my dinner thanks for nothing Krogers ! I am in no hurry to come back to your store if ever !

Krogers has over 26,000 grocery stores but their too cheap to fix their broken website They changed website 2-3 months ago, since then you can print the grocery list out either by category or by isle, when you try to print out the list, it just prints everything out all jumbled, you have to run all over the store to shop I am disabled I send people to shop, most get frustrated and call me and say they can't finish to hard ot find everything I have personally called almost two dozen times only to have to talk to people from o... read more

There store on 43rd and McDowell in Phoenix,AZ have very rude employees there manager name daphne is soooooo rude she works night shift and I've been a loyal customer for 17 yrs she needs to be FIRED!!!!!

They have charged me twice for my groceries this is not the only time they have done this. What my receipt says and charges that I received are different. Instead of 136.00 charge they have charged me 140.56 & 144.42 they do not manage their web site so the have no intention on correcting anything. Will not order from them again

I made an appointment for a Flu vaccine at ******* online. There were many times available during the day for Flu vaccinations. I received an email confirming my appointment. I showed up for my appointment at the appropriate time, and was informed by the pharmacist that they do not make appointments for Flu vaccines, it is walk in only, and that they were out of the flu vaccine at that time.I showed the pharmacist the email confirming my Flu shot. Did a pick up order today over half my items they said were out of stock, walked in had all of it , i sent $30 worth of substitute items back in store with Johnathansaid it would be taken off finale **** it wasnt still nothing , very disappointed in kroger

Terrible on-line ordering experience. I placed an order on November 30 and received an e-mail the next day, Dec. 1, saying that my order was shipped. Five days later I checked the tracking number and **** says that a label was created and they were waiting for the package. 2 weeks later, the package still hasn't been sent to **** for shipping. Kroger in Houston ** ***** ** ****has an employee there by the name of Brenda. Brenda profiles black folk accuses them of stealing and is very rude and loud. If you’ve had a problem with Brenda let’s start a petition for her to be removed from Krogers?!?! Also the store manager and assistant need to be fired too.

I've shopped at my local Kroger store since I was little enough to get pushed around in the front of the cart. I've even worked there a few times in between jobs. I would give Kroger four or five stars, except, thanks to stinnkin' ***************** and **** ***********, the shelves in the store are about half empty. I wouldn't mind that so much if Kroger wasn't taking the mainstream news crooks and coward's approach to not say anything bad about *****************.
