They deserve negative stars. They advertised that if I ordered from thier website I would receive the item in 5 to 8 days. I finally received it after 31 days. In the meantime, I attempted to contact Kroger's customer service to cancel the order. The words "Kroger's customer service" should be taken with a good deal of skepticism, as they had no service whatsoever. This rating is for Kroger's customer service. They have done an exceptionally poor job at handling my request to cancel my online order (the first and 100% the last). I placed my order online through the Kroger website nearly three weeks ago, and have yet to receive any updates on when the item will ship. 1/21/2022 I am having trouble getting the Kroger Company to acknowledge/understand that the *******, OH Kroger Store IS BADLY UNDERRESOURCED. The staff at the ******* Kroger Store IS DOING THE BEST THAT THEY CAN in an impossible situation for them during the pandemic. Lets just say we will not be shopping at Kroger anymore. Lately their fruits and vegetables have been getting rotten quickly and this time it had live bugs in it. Please please be aware and double check or even stop shopping at Krogers.

I was refused service by the only available checker this week; I let it go because the whole world seems understaffed. Yesterday I was supposed to be able to pickup a Kroger clock-list order, but they left a voicemail saying my order was pushed back to 11am - which on any other day wouldnt work but I have a sick kid and am off of work. The delivery person had two deliveries. My account shows the billing and order for another customer. I have tried to get my correct **** placed on my account so I can verify that the amount processed by my bank is correct. I was told by an agent that my concern would be escalated to the "fraud department". What should to me be an easy fix has not been resolved after a week. Recently placed a pick up order, that wasn't fulfilled at the time Kroger's said it would be ready. Waited 3hrs then to be told that I wasn't going to get my order because they were closing. I live 26miles away from a Kroger's. I contacted customer service to file a complaint or request at least $50 Kroger gift card. My order was over $300 and I had to go else where. **************** said $15 was the best they could do and didn't see the need for anymore considering my complaint. I will never shop at a Kroger's again.

The white female pharmacist at the Kroger in tiger town is a racist! My prescription had been called in a week ago. I went in today to pick it up. I was told it wasnt ready. I asked what time it will be ready since I have plans later and needed to get them before then. She refused to give me a time. She told me it would be done whenever they feel like getting to it. Don't ever don't ever ever order from this company online ever. I placed an order on January 7th chose still processing they took my money out on January 7th and they said it could take up to 30 days. I want to cancel the order they won't let me do it.
