I have been a loyal Kroger customer for years, however as of late, the prices are astronomical compared to other places. Not only that, they are normally out of 25% of what I need. Im tired of having to go to different places to find my weekly groceries. Im going to have to switch places. So disappointing.

On 5/22/22 I purchased a $20.00 gift card at Kroger 433 when I tried to validate and register the card to make an online purchase I was unable to register the card to purchase online. I was told to call the number on the back of the card to give registration information which I did, but I am still unable to use the card for an online purchase. Order supposed to be ready at 3:00. It is more than half an hour late and still not ready. If you have unlimited time and like to wait, this is the place for you. If you have better things to do with your time, shop elsewhere.

I went in to the Smiths ( Kroger ) store ************************************************** to buy some beef that was on sale and to get some Diet Peach Tea that was on sale, but out of stock at a different location. I needed to use the bathroom. I asked the only full service clerk at the register to excuse me from his discussion he was having with the lady at his register to tell me where the bathroom was. At the Smiths in North West *********, they closed their doors to me at 10:58 pm. While the security guard let me in, because they do not close until 11 pm, I was immediately notified by a red haired woman that they were closed and I needed to leave. Yet, they serviced a white woman who entered the store about 1 minute before me. I was later told by the security guard that they closed at 10:55 pm. Really? What sort of operation is this??? I was in store 491 on ***** in ******* **. on 5/9/2022, the assistant store manager Andre *** was extremely rude and threatening to me. I had an issue at the meat counter and he came to help the lady with pricing with some meat. Several of the meat items did not have a price. I had waited about 15 minutes when he came. Terrible customer service, Confirmed an order, then Kroger canceled it due to lack of personnel. ***************** had me on hold for twenty minutes to get a manager but "forgot" to get the manager. Then the "bad connection" phone ploy, when I finally got to speak to the manager. I will never use them as a grocery store again They don't even rate one star. Amazed they are still in business,. I got two apple gift cards for 500.00 each got home to use them and could not use them and they told me I had to call apple, and *****told me that they had nothing to do with getting me my money back I had to go to the store the said that I can't get the money from them that I had to get it from apple I would like to get my money back but ever time I go to them they tell me the same thing

I purchased a $100 gift card to help a friend get some online groceries while her husband is going through cancer. She attempted to use it and after spending long time on the phone was advised that the gift card is for in-store purchases only. Why was I allowed to get a gift card if there are no stores in *******? I contacted Kroger and a supervisor stated I cannot get my money back. Why is that if this is my money?
