I purchased Kroger brand pasta sauce with Parmesan cheese. My daughter-in-law found large pieces of a plastic substance in the sauce. Thank God she saw it before my 11 month old great grandson ate it as he could have choked on the large pieces. Have been in contact with main headquarters since then. BEWARE using Kroger Independence pharmacy. My daughter was only given HALF of her prescription last Sunday. When I talked to them about it today Ashley the pharmacist blamed it on the techs ‘not being educated’ (her words) and being able to read dosing info - EVEN THOUGH - I told them we always get 2 bottles and not 1 of the medication. YES - even a pharmacist double checked this last Sunday when I asked about it a second time! Need to activate my new phone. In order to keep my number as a Krogerwireless customer I need to contact Customer Care. Unfortunately I cannot get through. Have tried numerous times and been on hold for as long as 2 hours but no one ever answers. Have called HQ in Cinti, Oh and they can do nothing but to tell me to continue calling and holding. I truly believe something is wrong with the call center and I don't think they will ever answer. I think it's broken. I stongly urge anyone considering Krogerwireless to re-consider. ... read more

Charged my EBT card for cancelled order and refuse to refund it. Every time I provided proof that what they were saying wasn't true (like I wasn't charged at all) they **** make another claim, that I in turn disproved. Submitted evidence that showed I was right. Over and over. When I had reviewed everything that had happened and how I was right, when they had no basis for denying my request, they said I was being denied because I had already made an allegation like this in March of last year/ I wasn't using their service the... read more

I purchased two gift cards with zero balance, reached out a couple times to the store and spoke to two different supervisors who said they couldnt help me. I reached out to the corporate office and no help there either. Ive been a loyal customer to them for several years and very disappointed in them.

PAY ATTENTION if youre expecting refund from grocery delivery order (my order was messed up and they said they were refunding me $38) they sent me in loops for over a month , telling me my bank has my money. My bank laughed at me and said no we dont lets file a dispute , so I did and legally got my money back that way! LOOK AT YOUR BANK STATEMENT if youre expecting refund ,

Will not help when they sell you a gift card and activate it and I found out it had already been used in Las Vegasand the store customer service told me they could not help and refund my money I had paid them on January 7, 2022

While filing my 3rd complaint about same employee to Manager at store and his outrageous behavior, it is clear store, suffers from "Head down" (fish rots from head down) by bad management w/no interest in improving its service.
