Was promised a delivery fee refund. I haven't received. It was promised in 7 to 10 days it's not been sent. Plus they changed the payment to a higher total than originally shown.

I placed an order for delivery today (November 30). I have been a customer my entire life 60+ years).Lately I have had nothing but problems with the orders. Kroger's weekly add is no longer weekly. The offers now expire at different times. I saw an offer for an 18 count carton of eggs for 97 with a digital coupon. I clipped the coupon and placed the order. When I received the order I was charged $1.69 per carton. After calling the 800 number I was told that the offer expired November 28. Sadly when I went back to the website... read more

Well the issue is management with this particular store. I'm a former employee, and why I did enjoy my time working here, the store has gone downhill ever since they let **** (former store manager) go. I still choose to shop here. I have friends that still work here. Now here's where the issue begins, I walk in see one of my said friends working. I go up to them and say hi and strike up a conversation. I recently purchased a delivery order using the" trusted" Kroger app. All items were appropriately selected , however upon receiving my order from the shopper I only received 3-4 of my items selected. All other items purchased were on the behalf of your driver , they were able to purchase items I did not select for themselves at my expense. When reaching out to a cc agent they did offer a refund back to my card for items the shopper bought for themselves.The agent additionally wanted to extend a $10 credit to my Kroger numbe... read more

My work gave me a Kroger gift card and they won't allow me to use it for an online order. I no longer shop in store due to Covid. The company is not good. My card is useless.

My husband and I went to the Kroger in Desoto, TX on Beckley (I-35) last Sunday around 12pm. There weren’t any shopping carts and we waited a few minutes but none of the employees were trying to bring any carts in. We went in and just had to carry everything in our hands//arms. There were only 3 lines with cashiers open and 1 self-checkout open. Unfortunately, all of the lines were extremely long and we waited for over an hour to get checked out! I visited the Kroger on ******** and West Little York as I was craving a coffee. I saw a coffee station and purchased a Keurig pod for a $1, brewed my coffee and when I went I put cream, I could not find any. I asked the lady in bakery who was not keen on helping me and referred me to the deli department. I went over and the deli rep said that bakery would know. Ever since COVID broke out in March 2021, I've been doing pick up at a store in New Albany, I've been doing ClickList and then picking up my order curbside, which was great and it was going really well. Up until the past 3-4 times that I've ordered to pickup my grocery order Curbside, with no issue, the timeslot I reserved, the order was ready to be picked up. This Fry's Kroger location is horrific. The customer service in the store and pharmacy as well as the corporate division and 1-800 number for Kroger are all completely dismal. There was an incident where the pharmacist conspired with the little clinic registered nurse not to provide vaccinations based off of personality conflict. This type of behavior is not only illegal but absolutely unacceptable.
