Nicole that works at the customer service desk at the Fern Creek location, **** ********* ** ***** has the WORST customer service ever & should not be one of the first people your customers are “greeted” by.

If I could give 0 star I would for the Kroger pharmacy at ************ in ********** ****. I waited on hold for over 30 minutes total. When someone would eventually answer the phone they put me right back on hold. Finally when I got to talk to someone I asked about the hold time as I was on lunch break. They abruptly put me on hold again. So I called ********* to switch my prescription to their store. They answered within 2 minutes. Im done with Kroger. They are severely understaffed and rude.

The Kroger ******* VApharmacy is endangering customers lives with a system that does not function and management that just smiles and plays nice. Switch pharmacies.

I make an online purchase to lift and they canceled it, I made a second and they canceled it and a third and they canceled it, if they do not have the products in stock they must change their system so that they do not let you make the purchase.

Kroger pick up ran my card 5 times and my order never got placed. Now I am in difault with the bank because of this.

The customer service at the Columbia rd location in Augusta Ga is horrible, I used their pickup service and Bobbie had a additude and told me she dont have time to substitute items in my order. Bobbie said i have to walk in and get the items myself to substitute them. I just left your store at ***********************************, after an encounter with your meat department manager, Ray, that has left me infuriated and disinclined to continue to be a Kroger customer. On 9/3 I purchased a half strip loin for my Labor Day weekend barbecue. I brought it home, opened with vacuum sealed plastic, cut it into steaks, wrapped it in freezer paper, stored it, and reserved two steaks for our dinner. There were two manned checkouts at 2pm on a Sunday afternoon in a "Marketplace" store. This is not my idea of a well run or customer friendly tactic. Also, the frozen food aisle with frozen veggies was closed to customers for some kind of work which was being very casually done by one person. No arrangements were made to get items for customers that were in those freezers. That was an intentional oversight. I went there specifically for frozen veggies. Too bad for me it anyone else!

Didn't receive the order. This is the second time this has happened. The first time they didn't know where the groceries were delivered, the second time they canceled my order for no reason. They use a company called Instacart. Instacart needs to get their company in order as they are horrible to deal with.
