Kroger in Speedway ******* the worst. Parking lot is super ****. Staff are rude and very unhelpful. Ordered cat food for curbside pickup. Substituted dog food. I do not have a dog. Tried to return it more than once. Customer service was closed or line had ten people in it. Awful service.

I have been a Kroger customer for years and I never have felt so under appreciated as a customer than I have felt when I used the Kroger Store located in ************, **. I ordered my groceries ahead through Kroger's Clicklist and was to pick them up on Saturday January 15,2021. The website is an absolute failure. It has every flaw in the book. Can't log -in most the time, can't check out, cant search for items. It would be easier to list the features that work correctly. ZERO. I have been complaining for 6 months and nothing is fixed. I use chrome, ********* edge and ******* and it can't handle any browser. I've cleared cookies and even tried using a brand new PC with another instance of the three browsers and it still the worst site in history. It's the mother of all broken websites. Scheduled appointments for get my family vaccinated. Took time off work. Scheduled at the only date and time that would work per family schedule. Showed up on time and was told "sorry we are not doing vaccines today". I spend almost $1k a month at Fry's. I will never go there again. What the **** are we supposed to do now? Vaccines have time restrictions and Fry's just decided my family only get one shot.

I called in a regular prescription for my husband, who has congestive heart failure. It was for 60 pills. The prescription was filled with 32 pills but I was charged FULL price. I knew the weight of the bottle was not heavy enough. Returning to the Pharmacy, it was filled with NO apology, NO remorse. I hate this store!!! I wish I could enter ZERO stars.

I placed a order through their app for delivery and the driver dropped the food off at the wrong house and after over a week I still haven’t gotten a refund and am told it could take up to ten days for a refund. I will never use the app for delivery and would never recommend it to anyone

I placed an order June 10th and the confirmation stated it would ship in 2 to 3 business days. It is now the 20th and my order still has not shipped. I emailed customer service to ask when it would ship and they just replied that my order is pending. I replied back asking when it would ship and they replied by telling me I would need to call their customer service phone number for help. I called and spoke to someone who clearly is not fluent in English, was difficult to understand and who could not understand me. She offered... read more

This has to be the WORST kroger in the country. In the latest installment of just about 20 years of indignities, just before noon on Father's day, two cashiers and about eight people in each line. Plenty of self=checkout which no one wants to use because it's ***** crazy. My cashier's register freezes on the last of 4 Instacart orders, just before I'm up. She throws up her hands, and so do I.
