I experienced racial discrimination by front end manger named Randall in Town Lake Kroger in Woodstock, GA. I was trying to buy a 15” planter that was outside of the store that had price of $17.99. At the register it rang up $25.99. I showed the sign and where it was and the Randall said that’s a different planter so I asked which ones are $17.99 so I can buy it and he pointed out to much fancier planter with glossy finish it they didn’t have 15”. It takes days sometimes to get prescriptions filled and I'm not always able to wait that long. I had another pharmacy try to call for over 3 hours to try to talk to someone about moving my prescription. I called Kroger corporate and they gave me the run around one customer service representative was totally avoiding what I was trying to get accomplished. Talked to another customer service representative and he finally got through to the pharmacy but still got nowhere. The kept telling me they couldn't help me. That the other... read more

I see why you have such a LOW rating, The customer service in you Hudson Bridge location is HORRIBLE!!!! On Thursday February 11, 2012, one of the saddest days of my life I entrusted KROGER with the task of supplying the chicken for my mothers repass...When I arrived at the store to pick up the chicken, after verifying with a kroger employee the day before that my order would be ready by 9am, I was told, WE DON"T START COOKING UNTIL 12, so we don't have any chicken ready...I was picking up...so I get out of my car and go ins... read more

Kroger does not have a cashier till 8 am So don’t shop early. They go up on prices then cut back on employees.

King soopers is horrible the one in Colorado Springs on you when to *****I want to pick up my prescription for my son for his insulin medicaid paid for it but they refused to run his test strips for medicaid because they don't get paid enough i find that this is discrimination in this should not be held is

This use to be my favorite place to shop we would make a game out of trying to maximize savings. Now their coupon system, app, and self check out is so time consuming and a pain to use that it is not worth it. We are a large family with a large purchases. We use to use a cashier but noticed that coupons were not being added and there was hardly ever someone to help you bag. We started using self check out by the time we get someone to help us to get coupons loaded on self checkout our frozen foods are half melted. Our saving... read more

Kroger customer service is inept, unskilled, indifferent and circular doing little or nothing about complaints once read. I sent 3 submissions complaining of poor product, misrepresentation on labeling, false or deceptive product without a reply. I used "chat" and wasted 40 minutes, asked for a supervisor who would not participate - or there "isn't one available, you'll have to call". How absurd. So I went to pick up my 18 yr olds medicine today from KING SOOPERS PHARMACY located on Fillmore and centennial in colorado springs Co. so i give the tech the birthday and she looks it up and tells me that it is not covered on my daughters insurance ok no problem so I proceed to put out my wallet to pay for the meds out of my own pocket, so then this lady tech says "I CANT ALLOW YOU TO PAY CASH FOR THE MEDS BECAUSE YOUR DAUGHTER IS ON MEDICAID AND AS SUCH SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE MONEY TO PAY FOR MEDICINE" my jaw hit the floor...... read more

Bought an ****** gift card and when my son went to use it ****** said it was already redeemed. Called ****** and they told me I had to call the place I purchased the card from. Smith's( Kroger) did nothing after 5 weeks of phone calls and emails. I will never step foot in there stores ever again.
