Even with all the madness involving people packing the store to get very cheap Dr Peppers, the staff did the best they could. The employees are always willing to go the extra mile for me and the store is very clean. And they have great prices too!
I was a loyal kroger customer..I will never shop there again...the treatment of the police officer was totally unacceptable..and to make things worse, the corporate office didn't do anything about it..that speaks volumes of their character. Very disappointing..
Because of how you handle the police officer issue, I will not use your store again
This is an absolute disgrace to all loyal customers of Krogers. We want a public apology and the employee and supervisor fired. They have no place in our community. No more shopping at Krogers...
I have shopped at Kroger for over 30 years . To say I am disappointed that the cashier was allowed to not check out a police officer is a huge understatement. The Manager 's lack of response is appalling! The corporate office has not dealt with either one of these people , nor made a public apology for their actions- which I find extremely disappointing. My son is a police officer as well many of our friends . I just do not want to do business with a store that shows such blatant disrespect for our law enforcement .
This store is a disgrace to the area. I got a solution all police,fire,and ems, goes thru this disrespectful worker lane and disrespect him or her.
