Nine out of ten visits the store is out most of the sale items. The dairy always has big holes. The people who are stocking will not stop to help a customer. Their favorite answer is "I don't know". Then you have to try to get around his cart because he has it in the middle of the aisle and God forbid he move the thing. I believe Kroger is trying very hard to convince me to shop at Albertsons or Walmart. The last two times I was there to shop, there were no carts. I went into the store to let them know and all they said was "we know". The second time was Sunday morning and there were not many customers. This is unacceptable.
I always like Kroger, but the reason for 2 stars is because last couple of times my mom and I went, there were no shopping carts in the store that were available. They were all in the parking lot and no one showed any interest to get them. Mom asked a girl who worked there that was standing out front if there was anyone who would get the buggies and she said, "There's none inside?" That was it.
