Hey Kroger, I spend 300-500 dollars in your store per month, not counting fuel. I think I may just stop coming in every week because you have apparently not taken action against your employee who abuses police. Who's next, the handicapped? I urge everyone else who sees this to let them know the same.

I cannot believe Krogers would try to sweep this under the rug! Who will you call if someone holds up THAT cashier at your store? Or if there is an accident? Or a shoplifter? It is utterly ridiculous and just plain stupid to refuse to serve a customer. The only way you will get your customers back is to fire the manager and employee involved and submit a public apology. I know I will not go back until you do.
Shame, shame shame on you and your lame employees....please pack your bags and leave our state!
Kroger should be ashamed of the way they allow their employees to be so disrespectful to their customers. The employee and the manager should be fired.
