Horrible customer service! Cashier accidentally leaned on scale while weighing my bananas. I asked her to check the weight and it was wrong. Then she went to her fellow cashier who told her she had to have someone override it. Cashier went to the service desk and came back and told me a woman there named Yolanda was going to help us. Yolanda did not have a customer one in front of her—so we proceeded to stand there for several more minutes. Get some shopping carts. Apparently you don’t want your customers purchasing much.
No grocery carts. This has happened repeatedly!! Are they so disconnected from their customers as not to want them to shop there. Letter going to Corporate tomorrow!! I’ve had it with them.

Absolute worst service. Click list is horrible. They will make you wait 45 mins and still not bring your stuff out. Then they will charge you for the canceled order. Stay away.

Since the hours changed, it seems the stocking of shelves has gone downhill. Sale items are often not available. Produce section continues to be the worst in Alexandria. I enjoy the loyalty card program, but I'm now having to buy meats at Sams Club and produce at Walmart or Super 1. Shelf space isnt allocated to top sellers appropriately, they seem to receive the same space as unpopular flavors. I do get excellent service from the pharmacy.
