The Manager Ben and his crew need to learn how to talk to their customers! If there is a sale in the flyer, you need to honor it, and not threaten the customer to refuse service! They had Coca Cola products marked 4/$11, there was no mention of a limit in either the flyer, nor at the store. Ben wanted to get an attitude with me and tell me that is says it in the fine print, and he could refuse to sell it to me. I am a paying customer who happened to go on the day the sale started. Kroger Great Sea Food Variety!
Give Water to the people who bring in the buggys! You have ice and bottle water. I about to report them to news channel 5 kalb. The heat coming off the pavement is horrible your going to give them a heat stroke. You don't have enough buggys so they stay outside
Racists are allowed to verbally harass little children and still shop as they please. Will not be going here.
My friend and her son were racially assaulted today at your store and YOUR TEAM DID NOTHING! That is unacceptable and you should be ashamed. Will not step foot in this store!
Your management and staff allowed a friend and her child to be verbally harassed by a racist customer. Why was nothing done about this? Why was that man allowed to continue shopping? This is an unsafe environment for people of color. Would definitely NOT recommend anyone to shop here.
A customer reported that her and her child were harassed by a white customer and staff did nothing. Instead of telling the white male to leave the establishment, they allowed him to shop while looking at the mother and child as though they did something wrong. There’s something to be said when an establishment does this especially during our current climate. Black Lives Matter- respect is non-negotiable.
