Not very detailed, says all the right things but really not present in the moment of your visit.
They booked appointment only to cancel it without properly notifying us. My husband took off work and showed up to appointment and was told it was cancelled. They never even left us a message. Not a good way to conduct business.

My experience with Dr. Goldstein was fine but I won't be returning as a patient because he has the absolute worst office staff I have ever encountered. I finally just gave up and will find another doctor.

Worst experience I have ever had with a Doctor. First visit took 2 1/2 hours. I waited 2 hours before being seen . When she finally came in to see me, half way through me explaining my symptoms, she took a phone call, excused herself and walked out chuckling to whomever on the phone. My last visit, I scheduled my appointment to be the first one to avoid waiting... only for her to walk in to the building 40 minutes late. Dr Taylor has removed 2 rather big lipomas..one fairly easy and one more complicated. He did an excellent job with both and I would not hesitate to recommend him. He is personable, professional and on time for appointments. Great staff...very satisfied!!

Dr Guzman and assistants are wonderful,I feel very comfortable with them all. I have been going here for several years but lately (about the past year) I can barely maintain my manners when dealing with the office staff,they are nice but not very efficient at all,too many mistakes. I have discussed with my husband that we may need to find d another primary but I like our Dr so much I don't want to change.
My husband and I have had excellent experience as long as we have lived in Florida, over 40 years. Don’t remember the first time we had an appointment with him.
