I called the office to learn more about the practice. Just some general questions to help see if we would be a good fit. The person told me that the only way was to pay for an appointment and then ask my questions. I asked for a second time if it was possible to talk to someone that might just answer a couple questions and then set up an appointment and they said that was not an option.
Dr Rahi was an absolute answer to prayers! I had been dealing with my issue for 5 months. The other drs had no availability. Dr Rahi’s reviews looked amazing. His work experience was 20 years in this field and I gave his office a call. They were able to get me in in two weeks (not 3 months like the other offices) and had a several thorough tests to make sure the whole problem would be fixed. Dr Michelle Lister has compassion, personality brains, and just knows the right words to say to make anybody feel comfortable, and to make sure you understand how important Health Care is. She has the best bedside manners for young and old when I go it’s more like family than a sterile doctor’s office, I highly recommend her for amazing healthcare Barb Z .
Dr. Lewis has a policy, if you're 1/one minute late he won't see you- no exceptions. Doesn't matter if only one of the three elevators are working in at the office bldg. This information is not relayed to new patients when appointments are scheduled,which it should be.
the office staff is terrible. I took in a form for patience assistance for a drug for my diabetes to be completed on line by the Dr.s staff on July 3. as of the 15th it is still not done. this is totally unacceptable. I physically took it in because of the critical nature and two weeks later it hasn't been sent. Dr. Towbin is great but his office staff won't answer the phone or do there job. And when they finally do answer they are rude and totally un sympathetic.
I’d recommend Dr Hourani; I find his calm and “chill” demeanor to be reassuring. I’m confident in his expertise. His staff is kind and courteous.

Takes forever to reach someone on the phone and I have to call and chase Dr. Sood to refill my prescription. Shouldn't be this stressful. It's a shame not to have confidence in your doctor.
I came to Dr Katz last year from another provider that treated me like a number in the machine. These fine people took care of me with grace and respect like doctoring was back when they made house calls. I was a mess and they got me in and took the time and care that helped me through a very heartbreaking time. If anyone wants real quality care, this is the Doctor and staff to see
