We scheduled an appointment online last week. Three hours before the appointment we received a phone call stating that the doctor wasn’t accepting new patients even though the website clearly stated that he was.

What stood out the most from this visit was Dr. Schiffman himself. He listened. He explained. He probed at things my mother was saying even when I would have dismissed them outright. I highly recommend him. On a side note, his staff is friendly and efficient. While we were still faced with the typical rigmarole that modern medicine has become, Dr. Schiffman made it seem worth it.
Well first trying to open the door to their office was challenging to say the least. I’m coming in alone with a fractured kneecap and crutches and trying to open that door was impossible. When you’re able to balance yourself with a foot in the door, everyone in the waiting room sits there and looks at you with no help. Dr, Tsai is the Most Caring, Most Understanding Person, He Cares about Every facet of Your Life. VERY EASY to Talk with, and after He has become the Best Physician you have ever known, He will become a Best Friend! That is considerably More than the average Doctor in most Fields of Practice. You will Not find another Doctor with these attributes Easily, if at all. I would Recommend Dr. Tsai to Anyone who Needs the kind of Medical Care that I have described. This office is a mess, who ever runs the office doesn’t know what they’re doing. They make appointments for patients with her for 8am and the doctor doesn’t show up, (walks into the building) until 9am. You wait an hour to be seen, so might as well come late. She nor her staff respond to portal messages, don’t fix issues with prescriptions and if your exam needs prior auth or a peer to peer, forget about them helping.
