I waited three months for my first visit. Thank goodness I went in a week Early to get paper work done just to find out that they didn’t even have me on the schedule. If they mess up on the first visit I would hate to see what they would do on the second or third time would be.

Excellence staff spectacular surgeon
Dr. Andrew Guzman happens to be one of the best physicians there is, not only that he's a great doctor but he's an amazing individual, he's kind well mannered and most of all he has the best bedside manner.. I'm so glad I have him as my primary physician.. God bless you Dr. Guzman ?? ??
This physician roomed me herself. I had a 7:00 a.m. apt. She listens to everything I had to say and showed she cared. Love it here, because of her.
My only gripe about coming here is that getting through on the phone is a big pain. Hard to get anyone to answer the phones. After trying for three days to get through, I finally scheduled an appointment online, but still have to try and get through to cancel an existing appointment. Please, please hire extra help for the phones.

Dr Guzman is amazing. Very kind, caring, and considerate. The front office staff leave much to be desired. I've been left on hold for far too long every time I call. Once my call is taken, I have to deal with a careless, apathetic person, who doesn't follow through with anything I ask. I dread calling the office because I know getting anything accomplished will be a long, slow struggle. In the office, I've gotten incorrect lab orders, and have to point out the mistakes to them.
