This doctor has no respect for her patients. After making an appointment and waiting a whole month, her assistant called an hour before the appointment to tell us that the doctor did not want to complete the appointment and that we could look for another service provider.
Dr. Heiman, A wonderful, caring, understanding, man that has the greatest knowledge of the job he does.
From the moment I first met with Dr. Rahi I knew I was in capable hands. His compressional approach, ability to listen to my concern, answers all my questions helped me to feel confidence and comfort. Dr. Rahi - brilliant surgent. I am incredibly grateful for successful result and smoothly going recovery. There is exceptional care and respect. The hospital stuff and office showing high level of professionalism, empathy, and kindness. Dr. Rahi is a specialist I can highly recommend.

It’s four weeks since Dr Bufkin did open heart surgery on me and I am recovering very well. The after op care has been wonderful, Dr Bufkin has an excellent team behind him including Tom, an amazing PA, Theyhava, an RN and Aaron, Colleen and Carol in the office. Thank you all.
I had first seen another orthopedist and was diagnosed with neuromas, neuropathy and arthritis. Most of which was due to aging and athleticism. The neuromas were very painful. When I finally went back to the practice I saw Dr. Francisco. He’s a quiet guy, but listens well and explains the issues very well. He is all for conservative measures first. I liked that very much. We were transferred to Dr. Sood years ago after Dr. Giusto passed away. Each year with her is worse. Her office staff is incompetent and rude. It is impossible to get prescription refills, any information, referrals, etc. My husband’s eye surgeon waited three weeks to get pre-op test results to perform eye surgery. Sood’s office simply never answered the phone. He had to go to the office the day before the surgery and waited over an hour for the results. No one apologized or had an explanation. Dr. Heitman, his surgical team & office staff are The Best Around. Dr. Heitman is nice to talk to. He spends all the time needed for you to understand your up coming surgery and feel very comfortable about what is ahead of you. My First surgery in my life at 70 years old, all went well, healing quickly and feeling better by the day. I Highly recommend Dr Heitman, The Best with a wonderful and friendly office staff.
