Have to edit to get posted because I keep violating the rules somehow. I’m learning that anything negative with details seems to be excluded as a violation Waited 3 months for a new patient appointment, show up 30 minutes early to complete paperwork, the employee checks me in and then I wait until 30 minutes after the appointment and advise them I’m waiting like the sign says. Sophia Ahmed and/or her staff are heartless and uncaring. She diagnosed my Mom with Dementia years ago. I've tried to get Mom enrolled in an Adult Alzheimer's Day Care Center for 1 or 2 days per month because I need a break and caregiver burnout is Real. I have made several attempts to request Ahmed to sign a form verifying the diagnosis which is required by the Day Care Center but she has neglected to respond. I have seen her for over 1 year and had a recent MRI completed due to another issue. drove to the office to make the appointment and physically handed them my MRI and report( I asked them to do this prior and they couldnt give me a reason why it wasnt done) . I specified and stressed this appointment is to review the MRI as my other doctors strongly recommended me to visit her. It took over 1 hour to be seen at my visit. Dr Joseph is very good he takes the time to explain everything so u can understand the staff is really good too everyone that’s there is very nice and respectful I would definitely trust him too do any of my surgeries thanks doctor Joseph .
