Dr. Carlos Leon is a terrible doctor I had a colonoscopy with him and I was at the facility waiting for the procedure almost 4 hours, he left the facility to do something else, while I was waiting for him all this time. My appointment was at 12:00 pm and I had the procedure at 4:00 pm I was without drinking or eating for almost 48 hours and he didn’t care. I recently had a triple bypass that was not scheduled. Dr. Heitman was fantastic. He explained what was going to be done and all the risk. He listened and answered all my questions. They kept my family informed throughout the operation.He and his staff are great. If you have a appointment for two o'clock, you will be seen at two o'clock, no waiting. He never rushes during the examination. Thank you Dr. Heitman from me and my family.

A sudden onset of neuropathy, got me a referral to Dr. Ahmed. I left her office in tears and confused. She did not offer me any advice, alternative treatment or any type of diagnosis and told me to call in 6 months! After telling my primary, she referred me to another neurologist. Night / and day. Spent over 2 hours explaining to me treatments, possible causes, ordered appropriate tests.
I went to my appointment today and was told I couldn’t see the doctor because my labs were two years old. My labs were done oct 2022 and this is jan 2024. Last I knew two years would be oct 2024. The person at the desk verified my last visit was oct 2022 but insisted that my labs were two years old and that I didn’t comprehend what she was saying. Bottom line is that I left telling them I would be getting a new doctor. They better not try to bill me because I won’t pay.

Dr. Ramirez helped saved my life! He is the most compassionate, caring, loving doctors I've ever met! He and his staff takes this more than just a job, they treat you like family. I'm located in another city and I was referred to him and was told he was the best. So, I drove 4 hours. I was anxious and scared, but when I got to the hospital and saw him I felt so comfortable because I know I was in good hands.
