Dr. Martin was very gentle. Her timing is impeccable- she has you in and out, but she is never rushed and she is really trustworthy in dealing with your health. I was blessed to have her so many years. I'm hating that I have to find a new OBGYN in her retirement.
He performed very difficult endoscopy procedure that others cannot. Saved my wife's life!!
Dr. Osian and his team had me in there operating room 3/26/24. I was out of the hospital 3/29/24. I was in ICU 3/26/24 till 3/27/24 the staff at HCA was a blessing. I was moved to a step down room and released 3/29/24. It is now 4/12/24 and I fell great. Dr. Osian his staff and all at HCA did the job for me and I highly recommend all of them. Steve Stazak
He asked a few questions listen for a few minutes and then ordered some blood test. What shocked me was when I got the paperwork and read what he put on there that he recommended he never mentioned anything about any of do you recommendations. If he would have went over all of the so-called recommendations he listed he would probably get a better review from me. He looks good on paper but he doesn't do half of what he's saying he does.
Dr. Heitman has the best bedside manner. He is so down to earth and personal. The nurse practitioners and support staff are so kind and spend extra time explaining procedures and results thoroughly. They made what could have been a traumatic experience very positive. Would definitely recommend this practice and Lawnwood for cardiac care.
The doctor is great. I love her - when I can get in. The staff however never answers the phones. I have called over 30 times in the past three months and sat on hold for over 30 minutes each time. I've never gotten through. RXs will not be filled, per Castro and Paul, until an appointment is made and I've run out of my STATIN (for my heart). I've even called CHP and they called the office and the person who answered said she'd have Castro call back. ONE WEEK LATER...no response.

The communication is unacceptable. The worst office staff I have ever experience .Hard to get refills, results, call backs, appointments scheduled 2 xs were canceled I understand emergency's. After an ECHO since DEC 23 no call back. I called 3xs for a result. Never called back. The spp they gave me is for may 21. 5 mths after echo and 8 MTS since last appointment.. Period UNACCEPTABLE

Met Dr. Coleman for the first time as a referred patient after a ski accident. I had no broken bones but needed an orthopedic doctor to evaluate my injury and prescribe an MRI. His staff got me in right away and I was happy with the demeanor of Dr Coleman and his front and back office staff. Very happy to have him caring for my rehabilitation.
