The doctor is rude. Does not listen to the caregiver. She has no business treating patients with Alzheimer's. I took my mother to see her and I am in her records as someone they can talk to. She never looked up from her computer. Told me not to get emotional just give her the facts but she didn't want to listen to what's been going on with my mother. I just want to begin by saying that a few weeks ago I left a horrible 1 star review because I was cranky, impatient, and feeling lousy at the time. Unfortunately this cite won’t let me change or take down that review. My doctor, Dr. Goldstein is patient and kind and treats me well. He explains any of my questions so that I understand what is going on with my health. His assistant Ivette is quick to help and reply and I would recommend them to any one
I left a message for the doctors’s nurse to call me back regarding a health concern I had about Covid, and never got a response.Is this how you treat all of your patients?I am now looking for a doctor and a medical who know how treat their patients with the level of respect and courtesy they deserve.Do not waste your time with this doctor or practice as they are in it for a financial gain not human care.

Established patient with Urgent issue cannot get through on phone to even leave a message!! I called 20 times. Left 2 emails for dr heroux. The third email to dr heroux finally got a response as i insulted her practice for this unacceptable situation. She was very nice and apologetic until i was naked in her exam room where she proceeded to blow up at me over my honest email!!!! Dr. Goldstein is an exceptional doctor. He is highly skilled and knowledgeable, but he also has a genuine caring and compassionate approach to his patients.I have been seeing Dr. Goldstein for several years now, and I have always been impressed with his professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to explain medical concepts in a clear and concise way. He is also very patient and understanding, and he always takes the time to answer my questions and address my concerns.

I had surgery yesterday, today I feel very well. I recommend Dr. Estrada, excellent professional and communication very friendly, knows how to listen to his concerns and dedicates the necessary time to his patients without rushing, his work team is very friendly and responsive all questions thank you Doctor Estrada, infinite blessings
She listens, and will recommend whatever testing/labs needed to get to the issue
Came in for a consult for a painful knee. Received excellent care and diagnosis. And most importantly the treatment has been very efficient so far. Communication by the staff and doctor has been very detailed and professional.
