Great doctor front desk handled very poor, felt disrespected and had to change doctors due to the way they handle you at front desk. Would not recommend you use this location if you want your visits handled correctly.
Dr. Cheung listens to what I have to say and I trust him implicitly with my physical therapy care. He helped me years ago with my lumbar spine and he is helping me now with my cervical spine. He's great!
Karen is always so willing to take the time to talk with me about whatever my needs are. She always talks on a personal level to make you feel important. Her level of professionalism exceeds my expectations every visit. I highly recommend her to everyone.
One year after my surgeries I had to go back to see him as I had the same problems. He said There was Nothing he could do for me.
She was very knowledgeable and professional. You have to love her.
