Unfortunately because the reviews we recommend our son to go with this doctor and he has not good experience, he got questions where Dr umana answer was "go to see on internet and you will see all information you need !", Very unprofessional, so surprised on it, special when you read all positive reviews ??
Dr Guzman is amazing, he should give classes on bed side manner to other care givers. His nurses and office staff are also fantastic, professional and caring!!
Made an appointment as a followup to an ER visit. "First available" was a month later than advised. Received a phone call delaying the appointment for a month. Called to cancel the original appointment and was told I was not in their system and had no appointment. Received new patient paperwork in the mail with a new appointment date. My wife received an email confirming the original appointment today. Called the office; they cancelled the updated appointment. Asked to speak with the office manager. The person hung up on us.... read more

I have been seeing Dr. Castro for 5 years. She has always been professional, kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. After voicing concerns with her, she referred me to several specialists in Tallahassee. Because of her intuition and expertise, I received the necessary care and increased my quality of life. I am grateful that she is my family doctor, and I recommend her to anyone looking for a family doctor who is not only an expert in her craft but a compassionate person as well.

Dr. Heitman is a wonderful surgeon. First of all, he did a great job and explain to me that I was a new man after my surgery and then he always followed up. He seem to know me as a patient , and what I was thinking. All the information he offer up to me kept me calm while I was still in the hospital. I would recommend Dr. Heitman to anyone in fact he was. Surgeon for a friend of mine a few years back, and when I compared notes with him, Dr. Heitman treated him the same way. I was an emergency.
