UPDATE 08-07-26 We haven't received any official notification from the USDA regarding the state's inspection and official rejection of our two processed steers. However, we have been in contact with some folks who recently went through the process of opening a USDA approved facility and we found out that extreme protocols have been placed on Yellowstone River Beef of Williston ND. Quality beef butchered in house for a reasonable price
I have purchased steaks, roasts, stew beef, cubed steak, hamburger meat & fat for tallow. You can buy fresh or frozen. It is the best beef I have eaten! I will only buy my beef here from now on!
