Happened on to this establishment while in the area and we met one of the owners the day we visited. We purchased a Sirloin Tip Roast that we ate tonight, (tender, nice fat content, really great taste!) and some cross cut ribs (think thick cut flanken style). Can’t wait to grill those! Also, they offer $5.00 bags of really nice raw marrow bones for your dogs! You can’t beat that price! Can’t wait to go back to try more cuts!
Great quality products, good flavor. I loved the very friendly service.
