If you want a company that takes care of their customers, ********** is the one. My air went out at 10:30 PM. Called their office and reported problem and at 11:00 I had the nicest, most professional, courteous and knowledgeable technician at my home working on problem. He found the problem and had the air back to cooling in about 15 minutes. Couldn't imagine what good service in the middle of the night. Have used ********** for many years and will continue.
Service Expert, Cory, completed our service agreement home visit this past week pertaining to our high efficiency furnace, central air conditioner & hot water on demand heater. Cory was exceptionally professional and friendly. He answered any questions we had during his home visit and was able to assist us in contacting the company directly to resolve a possible account discrepancy. Thanks.

A/C went out 4th July. Waited the following day when Midlands Air arrived. The technician troubleshooted the issue while being supported by their senior management. The problem was identified and repaired. Although Midlands Air was suppose to come out on the 4th, they made up for it by being extremely professional and proficient. I would recommend Midlands Air for their product/service they provide.

Jack from the Pink Plumber replaced a leaky water valve in water line in yard. He was very professional, did an excellent job and completed in a timely manner. We were very satisfied.
The Pink Plumber was very responsive. Todd was knowledgable and we had a new water heater within a day. I would recommend.
This company is horrible. We waited all day and when the technician showed I knew something was wrong. He never shut his truck off walked around my yard and stated that he couldn't find my septic tank. He got mad and left. Terrible customer service no one will call me back.
The two techniciansm Daren and Jens arrived promptly at the beginning of the scheduled window. They provided good information about my options and performed the work quickly and efficiently. I was very happy with the service provided.
