No stars.Company has failed to honor the terms of the service contract with them in terms of quick and timely response. Twice they have failed to show up in the allotted time, and twice have attempted to come to my home 2 and 3 hours after the service window had expired...once after 9pm. Emails are not answered. I have made a complaint to the home office in *****, as well as the local office, for a rebate of the remaining monies associated with my service contract.

This business seems like a good service from the outside, but at least in ******* they employ service technicians who take advantage of the elderly. My recently deceased mother had a contract with them to avoid bothering me to do things like replace filters, but the technician told her that her water heater was failing (but it hadn't failed yet) and she had them replace it, but didn't realize that she was actually leasing a unit from them. When she died, we owed **** for a water heater that you can buy at Lowes for under 800... read more
