Excellent company to address issues and repair your A/C. The tech was very knowledgeable and without my asking explained everything he was going to do, once the job was completed he explained what he had done. I highly recommend this company for your air conditioning services and repairs.

Have been dealing with this company for 20 plus years and for the most part have been very satisfied with their service. Minor problems that were identified were quickly and satisfactorily resolved. Recently had a new unit installed under their Advantage Program. Will see how well that works out.

I trusted them! I had used them for years, and I thought they were telling me the truth. They didn't truly try to solve my problem. I had drainage issues and they told me they did everything they could but I found out after paying them $950 to fully replumb it - for what turned out to be 1 hour of labor and some PVC piping (cheap). After the work was done, the technician here told me that he could have easily blown out the old piping and cleaned it well. Unbelievable. I trusted them! I had used them for years, and I thought they were telling me the truth. They didn't truly try to solve my problem. I had drainage issues and they told me they did everything they could but I found out after paying them $950 to fully replumb it - for what turned out to be 1 hour of labor and some PVC piping (cheap).
