My wife and I are incredibly pleased with Miguel C. and Admiral Plumbing. Unbeknownst to us, increasing levels of chlorine in our municipal water were destroying the rubber toilet components and Miguel came out to repair that. He graciously tested the water quality and showed us the results. He advised us of several options for a treatment system without pressuring us at all and so we could do our own research. Today Rolf ******* installed a new furnace and air conditioner in our home. The technicians were Denny Carpenter and Devon. They did a great job, was very neat in cleaning up, and did a great job of explaining the new system. They removed our old system, and disposed of it for us. We would definitely recommend them.

The biggest issue is Orangutan does not follow through with what they say without some kind of delay. If there is going to be delay or if service won't be done till a certain time just say so from the start. Over the years technicians contradict what the last technician stated so I can't trust information given. The most recent issue and last straw was AC was leaking water Saturday. Had toilet and faucet repaired, Pleased with repair, but charge a little pricey.
The plumber came on time to give us an estimate. Geoff S. was very knowledgeable about our situation, and it did not take long. We will be requesting for Geoff S. to come back and actually do the work.
