Be VERY specific about who services your equipment or just go to a different company. Ask for Terry and Terry only. He's the only competent technician they have. Called for service because the AC was working fine, but the internal blower wouldn't shut off after cooling was completed. Ryan and Juan did a superb job. They were timely to the job, were neat clean and considerate which wasn't easy due to the large scope of repiping our entire house. They were always pleasant and helpful. They made sure the inconveniences were minimal and that we had water available before they left each day. I recommend them highly.

My wife and i called Gordons to come look at our AC/Furnace because we haven't had cold air for a couple days, and they were nice enough to come out on a weekend. The service guy claimed to have inspected my equipment and told me that the circuit board was fried and the blower motor was shot and it would cost "x" amount of money to repair or they could send out their ASC person to go over all my options for getting a new system. Nick was very professional and friendly. He explained exactly what they would be doing and offered to show me what the issues were prior to providing me with the options available to me. I felt he was being honest with me and that is huge when dealing with service companies.

I provided instructions online about what the problem was and what part needed replaced. I then repeated that information to the woman who called to set up the appointment. The plumber sent out was prompt and courteous, but had not been given the information I provided online, did not have the part, and needed to order it and stated it would not be available for several days. The tech arrived 2-3 hours after my call to diagnose my A/C that was working properly. The tech, Zeeshan was excellent. He found the problem, explained it and what he needed to do. He even told us what to maybe expect. He was thorough and polite. I highly recommend them
