The service technician arrived within the allotted time given when appointment was requested. The technician provided courteous service and was quite knowledgeable. The problem was solved quickly and fixed.

We had been very happy with Service Experts' service. I had a standard maintenance contract with them. In the last two years, they've attempted to sell me on a kind of "rental" agreement, average around $200/month for the 3 units they quoted me. My concern was that since we'll be selling the house in a few years, it might be hard to pass that along to a buyer. This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have every had with a plumbing company. I called Pink Plumber after waiting three weeks for another plumber who just kept giving excuses when he did not show for an appointment. Pink Plumber's customer service teams (I am so sorry I cannot remember the young ladies' names because they too were awesome) put me on their schedule the same day I called after hearing how long I had been waiting and the nature of my problem. We have been extremely happy with our experience with **** ****** Heating and Air. Our installers **** B and ***** T were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. We would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for this type of service.
