I am leaving a review because Gordon's Service Experts, as a stipulation to get out of their maintenance program, had me sign a contract stating that I would not file a complaint. A stipulation in my contract is that I do not file a grievance/complaint with an agency. Fraudulent charges The guy came out to clean septic tank, gave 3 different prices. Lied to us about septic tank stated he had to put a new cap on it at $1400 when we had another company come out they said we have 4 cap on tank.

Donelson Air is a good trusted company to meet your needs what ever your need may be l been using Donelson Air for several years they always get the problem fixed the service technician are great at what they are doing their nice and liable so dont wait until your unit goes out get the trusted company check it out that would be Donelson Air great service

Next day appointment, and they called to let me know technician on the way. The technician explained that he would have to rebuild the faucets to stop the leaking and he provided the price $443. There is a $59 service fee if no work is done. The price seemed a little high but I don't have any other pricing for comparison.

I have been using Golden Seal Service Experts fro 4 years, and am very pleased. Technician Michal has done my last 2 cleaning/checkups, and he is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and courteous. Scheduling is always easy, and sales personnel have never been pushy. Highly recommended.

They are so friendly, professional and helpful! They installed a boiler and a water heater. One of the service technicians (Zach) even installed a carbon monoxide detector for me. This was above and beyond service.

My 17yr. Old furnace needed replacing, and I dealt with Eddie **** . He is very knowledgable and guided us on proper equipment to suit our house. Very professional, and made the process easy.

Gordon's experts are always on time, work efficiently, and are knowledgeable. Customer service skills are excellent. I will continue to do business with them.
