Get directions****** promised to look into a ************** rebate for attic insulation. He promised a return call within an hour or two. Ive never heard back and a week has passed. The work has been done, Ive paid over $6000 and no word on whether Im entitled to a rebate. Unacceptable.

Midlands Air Service Experts have horrible people behind the scenes. It starts with the manager and floats around with the rest of the reps who answer the phone. Mostly, they give wrong information, they do not listen to the customer, and are only nice to the customer until they get their money. They lie; they lie to cover up their lies, they do not send invoices but will lie and say they did. They hold on to your money/refunds but will say it is on the way. They are rude.
