Service Experts has been my HVAC company since November 2016. The techs that come to my home are professional, polite, efficient, and always willing to answer any questions related to the work they perform. I can even request a particular tech for my job. The home service contract which provides two HVAC tune-ups (spring and fall) is very reasonably priced and insures that the homeowner gets the system thoroughly checked twice a year. The reason for 4 stars here instead of 5 has nothing to do with the service itself - I originally gave it 5 on the company's site, because the installer, Eddie, did a super job. The plumbing company that I used for years, refused to work on my shower fixture when the person they sent believed he was not capable, or just didn't want to do the work. So I went to Home Advisor. RIP OFFS! So my grandfather's water heater went out and he didn't have the money for a brand new one. So he went with Stevonsons advantagerent program where he rents his water heater and pays less than $25.00 a month for it. The deal was that if he rented it, they would come fix it for free if he had any issues with it and replace it with a new one every 10 years. The worst experience I have ever had with a company. Given a 4 hour window, never showed up, rude contacts at the company, never attempted to get a plumber out the next day with any regard to my schedule, they just call and at their convenience try to send someone with no notice . Absolutely terrible service , not the same company it used to be . It has been sold and is no longer a family based local company and it shows in everything about this company!

MY TECHNICIAN WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, AND PERSONABLE. HE GAVE THE JOB AT HAND 100% OF HIS TIME/ATTENTION AND DIDN'T LEAVE MY HOME IN DISARRAY!
