So I got several estimates for a minor leak from my shower k*** The estimate that I received from this Company was almost 3 times higher than the other 5 estimates which were all around the same price. I believe that I was targeted by them, because they thought they could get more money from me because I might have lots of money or that I was too stupid to know how much a minor repair like it costs. They certainly had some motive for trying to charge me so much more than the other Companies.

I would like to warn anyone seeking this type of service to BEWARE of this company. The technicians are substandard and the customer ********************** is extremely poor. They caused more damage than good when attempting to remove a simple garbage disposal unit. The worst thing is not taking accountability for it. Go Elsewhere!

We had our first of two bi-annual hvac services in April and asked what we owed. Was told we were all paid up! Yeah right!Just today, July 19, got an invoice for $120 dated April, 2023. The invoice is in the 60 to 90 day range of past due!This company is so screwed up as is our HVAC system the day we purchased it from them! So regret going through this company!
