Customer service is terrible. Made to wait over an hour after my appointment. No apology, not kept updated or offered a drink whilst waiting.
Incredible experience with this hairdresser, i called in for braids into twists and was treated humbly and respectfully, highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a good service and treatment
