Worst car dealership, EVER! We agreed to purchase a vehicle under the agreement that they would fix a certain thing on it. Once the figured out how much it was going to cost to fix it, they called us and stated that they would not be fixing it! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! We went round and round with them only for them to not keep their word.

We just bought our 7th Kia from Kings Kia! Rob and his staff are amazing! Drew Hallman has sold us our last 3 and is one of the best salesmen I have ever worked with. No games, no high pressure crap. Other dealerships should take lessons from them. I thought I would try to "change things up" a few years ago, and ended up back at Kings Kia. Keep up the great work guys! See you for my Niro soon!!!
Always have had to mentally prepare to go look at cars because typically you have to have thick skin for the pushy sales people. Walked into Kings Kia and experienced something completely different! They definitely exceeded my expectations and Rachel was phenomenal. She was very knowledgeable about the different types of cars and stuck to our price range. I originally bought a used vehicle from Kings Kia in August of 2011,.....In January of 2012 I bought a Forte and had such a wonderful experience from them, my wife and I came back in May and bought her a Soul!! After having a horrific experience at other car dealerships, Kings Kia was a breath of fresh air. I walked into a calm and comfortable environment, and the staff was great. My salesman, Jason L., was knowledgeable and kind. Between Jason and his coworkers, I felt welcomed and that they had my best interest in mind when helping me find the van I wanted.
