I originally bought a used vehicle from Kings Kia in August of 2011,.....In January of 2012 I bought a Forte and had such a wonderful experience from them, my wife and I came back in May and bought her a Soul!! After having a horrific experience at other car dealerships, Kings Kia was a breath of fresh air. I walked into a calm and comfortable environment, and the staff was great. I recently purchased a 2013 Kia Soul from Kings Kia and it was the best car purchasing experience of my life. My salesman was Steve Holt and he was excellent. I had called prior to coming down because I live on Dayton. The car was sitting outside waiting for me when I arrived. He gave me he keys while he finished up with another customer. Great sales and service bought 2 of my cars from them started with kia sportage upgraded to the sorento love it.
Had a wonderful experience at Kings Kia and would recommend Sales Person AJ Butler! Very appreciative of time spent explaining everything. AJs boss Frank was great and never felt pressured. Whitney the finance manager was so gracious and stayed late to accommodate us.

I will never lease a vehicle from Kia again. Trying to talk to a person about turn in is a joke. People don't return phone calls. Customer service is terrible!

My wife's Kia Soul backup camera sropped working last year. She took it in and they said they had to order a camera and would call her. They did not call and when she called to follow up she was told they had sent the camera back. It finally was replaced in February but has again stopped working. She made an appointment for this morning because the camera was not working. I took it in for repair and after nearly an hour wait I was informed they need to order a camera and will call. Everyone at Kings Kia was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. They treated me with respect and answered all of my questions and concerns. They took great care of me and me new Soul was ready as promised when promised. I would highly recommend them for any car buyer.
