We paid $10,000 dollars for a car that has a faulty system display and they couldn't even make a phone call. They either blatantly lied about the faulty display or they didn't bother to check it (it is set to Spanish and I can't even program it to English) and don't care enough to return a phone call. This place is a JOKE!!!!! We bought a car from them not even a year ago... Every time there is an issue they want to charge me a "diagnostic fee" to look at it. It's a bunch of crap especially since we have a bumper to bumper warranty that has a $0 deductible. What a JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If I could leave zero stars, I would. I wait longer than an hour to get my oil changed every time I come in. It's ridiculous and totally unreasonable.

I want to start out by saying that I am sorry for the wait. We have been giving all of our customers they have bought a Kia from us free oil changes for life for the last 5 years. We do take care of the walk ins in the order that they come in. To make things easier for you we do schedule oil change appointments on our website www.kingskia.com.
Not worth your time we were there for a couple hours was told that we would receive a call back in the morning do to banks being closed I have now been hung up on several times trying to get a answer very poor costemer relation but if you like getting run around the bush then this is the place to go.
