This place is a JOKE!!!!! We bought a car from them not even a year ago... Every time there is an issue they want to charge me a "diagnostic fee" to look at it. It's a bunch of crap especially since we have a bumper to bumper warranty that has a $0 deductible. What a JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If I could leave zero stars, I would. I wait longer than an hour to get my oil changed every time I come in. It's ridiculous and totally unreasonable.

I want to start out by saying that I am sorry for the wait. We have been giving all of our customers they have bought a Kia from us free oil changes for life for the last 5 years. We do take care of the walk ins in the order that they come in. To make things easier for you we do schedule oil change appointments on our website www.kingskia.com.
Not worth your time we were there for a couple hours was told that we would receive a call back in the morning do to banks being closed I have now been hung up on several times trying to get a answer very poor costemer relation but if you like getting run around the bush then this is the place to go. Absolutely terrible. Brought my car in last Thursday for a minor fix. I was told they were overnighting the part. It's been a week and I haven't heard from anyone...I called twice and left two messages. Nothing. Trust me, take your car somewhere else to get serviced!
Top notch dealership. Made my daughters first car buying experience very enjoyable.

I bought a Kia Soul the 3rd of April and already have fallen in love! Such a fun vehicle to drive. The handling is amazing, plenty of get up and go, even on the interstate. Most of all can not thank the crew at Kings Kia enough for making me feel comfortable with my purchase.
