Definitely not your stereotypical car dealer. Our salesman, Dave Watson, was awesome. There were no high pressure sales tactics. Dave was totally transparent and upfront, and kept us informed every step of the way. And he is probably the most knowledgeable car salesman I've ever dealt with. He didn't just know the sales pitch, he actually knew the product. They're great to work with and we absolutely love our new 2017 Rino!
I have tried to contact them several times. My wife and I actually intended to buy a car today. Today I was told....via the chat line.....we will get to you when we get a chance. Crazy. The first car we bought there was a fantastic experience. This time it has been as bad as it was good last time. We will not be purchasing here. Disappointing.
I had a great experience with the staff at Kings Kia service. I did not like the corporate talk in the beginning of having to determine if it would be under warranty, but once I took the plunge and brought it in, I was very impressed with the staff, especially the manager Chris Metz. He continually went over and above to make sure I was treated right. Thank you for a great service experience.
We had a wonderful experience at Kings Kia! Everyone was very welcoming, asked questions to really understand what we were looking for, and did not pressure us in any way. We had such an amazing experience with the sales team at Kings Kia. They got me into my first mom mobile at a great price and the buying process was actually FUN! I would highly recommend going to talk to Aaron or Rachel. Nice, helpful people and they won't pressure you to make a deal.

If you want to be deceived by slick car salesmen trying to make a buck then go here! I was told that I would have 3-4 different options as I get further in my lease which is the whole reason I decided to do it and none of them were true.
