Service was FANTASTIC thanks to Jeff Thiem and his team. I didn't feel like I was being high pressured (which I really appreciated) and I felt like they knew my needs and we're trying the best to accommodate. Financing was quick and easy. As this is my first Kia since 2001, I'm looking forward to starting a new tradition. Don't do me wrong Kia!!!
They do not hold up to their extended warranties that they sell. I purchased a warranty and have been told by their service men and others that wheel bearings are covered in powertrain warranties but not in the powertrain that I paid $1500 for.... they do not like to call back when you have concerns, I have left several messages talked to the finance manager, general manager and had to file a complaint with their headquarters because of this poor service and faulty warranty they sold me! I have had the worst experience!
