I went to two dealerships in the Kings Auto Mall today. The first one was not the best experience. But I decided to stop by Kia. Greg was there holding the door. He asked great questions to help me determine exactly what I was looking for. He was understanding and answer all my questions. Service was FANTASTIC thanks to Jeff Thiem and his team. I didn't feel like I was being high pressured (which I really appreciated) and I felt like they knew my needs and we're trying the best to accommodate. Financing was quick and easy. As this is my first Kia since 2001, I'm looking forward to starting a new tradition. Don't do me wrong Kia!!!
Have bought 2 Kia Sedonas and just bought a Kia Optima yesterday and have been great, good service and great cars, there warranty is unbeatable! Would recommend to everyone! Heather was great! And so was rob! Sticking with Kia for a long time!
