I have been through some horrendous car purchasing ordeals. However, the people over at Kings Kia, especially Rachel, were able to quell some of those fears. She has such an honest spirit about her. I am grateful that my husband and I chose to purchase from Kings Kia.
They could be lesa less rude, and a little more understanding
I purchased my car in 2016 at Kings Kia and the rear taillights keep getting condensation in them. I had them replaced under warranty in 2016 & 2017. Condensation is present again, and I took it back, and it’s no longer under warranty. It has been an ongoing issue since I have purchased this car and I feel like it should be Kia’s responsibility. I will no longer be making my next purchase with Kia.
