Had my car towed at my expense to Kings Kia. They told me compression issues with engine. Signed a paper to have engine torn down to see if I qualified for warranty replacement. They had my 2017 Kia ******* for 3 months and never worked on it or called me.I was never offered a loaner and was forced to buy another car. Kia has had 1000's of theses engines go bad and nothing is being done about it. Had to sell my Kia for almost nothing to buy another car. Please advise people to beware of Kia. I have experience bad customer service within the Service Center at Kings Auto Mall. My husband and I have been faithful customers in purchasing our cars at the Auto Mall for over 15 years. King Kia at the mall has the worst attitudes, non caring and whatever attitudes that I've EVER experience when trying to get my car serviced. I dealt specifically with King’s Kia of Cincinnati, Ohio as well as Kia corporate. I had a 2016 Kia Soul that was recalled due to engine issues and oil consumption. My engine burned through all the oil with no indicators and stranded me on a highway. Kia refused to honor my vehicle under their recall and said the only way to fix my car was to put a new engine in it—which totalled around $10,000…in a car that was worth, in perfect condition $8,000.
