Folks, my husband and I drove 3 hours from eastern Kentucky yesterday just to buy a car from Kings Kia, and we would not hesitate to do it again! Go talk to Jeff Thiem in sales and Rhonda in finance, and they'll get you on the road in no time! We met a great bunch of people yesterday, and it was a pleasure doing business and talking with them.
Shout out to Salesman Jeff Thiem. He took great care of me today, even being NYE. I would recommend King’s Kia to anyone looking for a new ride. I’ll be back when I’m ready for that red Stinger Jeff.
I’m sooo very happy with my new car purchase! I wasn’t pressured, my car absolutely fits my life and my budget! This was my first time buying a car, and I couldn’t be more pleased! My only complaint; I was robbed of my car purchase picture that was taken and never uploaded. Hopefully maybe Corey, my salesman, still has it and can help a sista out! It’s a right of passage to buy your new car and get your pic taken lol

Kings Kia service center took advantage and up charged my young daughter for things she did not need. She is a hard working waitress and college student trying to make her way. She can’t afford their deceitful behavior. I am clearly disappointed.
While I do you like my 2019 Kia Soul recently purchased at Kings Kia, I have no confidence even at this early date in their service department. Questions had not been answered resulting in 1), me having my new car unnecessarily towed into the dealership and 2), having to have the battery charged by AAA. I would highly recommend anyone to come here. They staff there were great and worked very hard to get me what I wanted and made sure I left with a new car. Very good experience and all around a great place to do business with.
