I purchased my car in 2016 at Kings Kia and the rear taillights keep getting condensation in them. I had them replaced under warranty in 2016 & 2017. Condensation is present again, and I took it back, and it’s no longer under warranty. It has been an ongoing issue since I have purchased this car and I feel like it should be Kia’s responsibility. I will no longer be making my next purchase with Kia.
I went to two dealerships in the Kings Auto Mall today. The first one was not the best experience. But I decided to stop by Kia. Greg was there holding the door. He asked great questions to help me determine exactly what I was looking for. He was understanding and answer all my questions.
