I had not owned a home since 2006, so this was a new experience for me (again). Kim was responsive and guided me every step of the way. The units in this neighborhood go very quickly. We saw, placed an offer, and was accepted in one day. Without Kim’s knowledge and willingness to work with me at the drop of a hat the process would not have been so successful. Kim was an extraordinary patient realtor and never tried to force us into home that wasn't the perfect fit. She had an extraordinary knowledge of the Chapel Hill market and the surrounding area. She helped walk us through the entire process of closing and helped secure all the personnel needed for property inspection, repairs and the legal work. I'd recommend her to anyone!
